Camaros with no ground effects have grown on me. I've always said that if i got another one I'd go for a sleeper look with no GFX and a sport coupe hood.

you have a 305 or 350 now? if you do and you plan on swapping it out i wouldn't bother with headers and a y pipe, just get a cat back that you can reuse. Hooker and Magnaflow seem to be decent.

an exhaust really isn't going to help you get better fuel economy, power yes.

Engine mods you can do are electric fans, maybe an underdrive pulley. There isn't one mod thats going to give you...

Biggest thing is don't floor it, you don't need to be the first person across the intersection.

Make sure everything is tuned up, its running well.

Do you do more city or highway driving?

even if there is a weight difference, if the 3rd gen cant hook, or put the power to the ground, it doesn't matter

if i ever get enough money i would definetly make a GTZ clone, though i would make the lower front bumper a little more aggressive. then totally swap a turbo 4.3 vortec or an LSJ :driving:

the new mustangs are definetly nothing to laugh at. they are nasty and will walk away a stock LS1. the latter needs bolts ons + cam at the least to stay even/beat a new 5.0.

i dont think a truck intake would fit under the stock hood, a cowl hood probably. I just know that it wont fit on the 4th gens.

you can get an LS1 intake for cheap seeing how mostly everyone gets...
