i dont actually have any for the bottom of the car. But the unibody frame rails have roted out in 2 spots. around the bolts where the pressed buts are and also a little futher towards the engine bay...

ok so after more searching i have found out its not worth the expense. It will cost 800 + 100 dollar brakets and then it cannot support the doors on the car. so i dont want to go that route either...

i took all your ideas and combined it into one process. To get off the thick undercoating you need to use a gasket scrapper. Once you have the big stuff off you are best to use...

It really depends what you are interested in doing. I had the exact same rust, i even think mine was worse. I replaced both side floor pans in the end. You must keep it as straight...

does media blasting, depending on the part, they will bake it to burn off any residue, then blast it, then paint it (depends what you want)
