Been told the KS should be torqued to 14 ft-lbs and excessive torque can damage it. Try measuring ohms center of sensor to ground. TBI=100k ohms vs 90-92 TPI=3.9k ohms. Probably give you a solid...

Typically the stock pump will not make more than 18 psi. Everyone seems to think more is better and install a TPI pump that can produce pressures >43 psi. It's the FPR that regulates the fuel...

Idk a whole lot with the 1227165 ecm... Your cable interface will suffice adding the 10k ohm resistor. With winaldl or TPRT sorta remember that pin E gets you 160 baud data which is super slow...

I second the motion...your truck never came with VATS but the TPI of that era did. It can be programmed out of the PROM or the appropriate signal generator can be added to make the ECM happy.
