Those cast aluminum covers are GM #12480127. I found them at Summit Racing, for a lot more than I remember! Or similar is GM Performance slant-edge #141-925. Neither I've seen as polish or chromed....

It is a 7mm hex head on a basic sheet metal screw. Since it is just a sheet metal screw, any close replacement should work. I'd guess 3/4" length, maybe a #6 (3/32?) diameter. Take your last one...
