Status Update:
Summer 2018 - Having Fun!
Irwindale Dragstrip 2018
I drove around with a disconnected Throttle Valve/Kickdown/Detent Cable and of course the Transmission went out... Foolishy tried to Dyno the vehicle in this state so I burned $80.00 at MD Automotive on August 4th 2018 Albeit, I eventually replaced the Throttle Valve/Kickdown/Detent Cable with a unit from O' Reilly's at $20.55 it was too late
Transmission Rebuild at Community Transmission in Bellflower
Estimated @ $1,400.00 with a rebuilt Torque Converter and Labor for removal & installation.
I've provided the following parts:
Vendor $$$ Cost Comparison
Dan @ Community Transmission recommended a Transmission Cooler & New Transmission Cooler Lines which aren't included in the estimate. He's also concerned with the Transmission Case being wrapped...

Re: TPI Combo - Low Dyno Results
Over the years I became somewhat spoiled having Dyno Don tend to my Firebirds. His retirement meant that I had to find a NEW Mechanic...
While not satisfied with the outcome of my "Diagnosis" it allowed me to pinpoint the problem; Mass Air Flow Sensor.
Mass Air Flow Sensor $0.00 (AutoZone)
Valve Cover Gaskets $31.89
Labor Charge $200.00
Back-up & Runnin'!!

Re: TPI Combo - Low Dyno Results
Its not a thing, it just makes the TPS voltage the computer sees higher, so the computer thinks the throttle is open more than it really is. Supposedly that would make the computer give more fuel and timing sooner, but if you add more fuel without the incoming air to support it, you'll just be rich.
