I did pull the e-brake, but it was only good for the last 50 ft. Drum brakes fully locked up don't stop a 3500 lb car very quickly. It's definitely what saved my life though.

Yeah, there's no room for human error there. Trust me, you would have to gain some serious HP to knock an entire second off you 0-60 time. That means that you would have knocked, like 2 seconds off...

No such thing. With the "mods" that you've already done you picked up MAYBE 2 HP. The thought that you missed is that the systems that came on our cars were also pretty much designed for the V8 cars....

Nope. You want a little overkill, that way you know you won't have a flow problem. If you go too small, you risk losing pressure, resulting in running issues. Take that one and RUN!

As long as the 85 S10 block has the provisions for the mechanical fuel pump, you should be able to install your Camaro pump on it. If the S10 was TBI, then it shouldn't have the hole cut for the FP...
