It's best to install the endlinks with the suspension loaded and trimming the spacer and bolt so the eyes of the bar are at the right angle when bolted together.

I ran 6.813" of BS in the rear with a. 18x10.5. I used a 10mm spacer and some light hammering of the front lower wheel well, nothing major. Axle must he centered, might hang up the wheel on the bump...

I wouldn't move the axle side mount, if anything I'd change the control arms back to something tye correct length or verify that axle is at least where you need it to be and square with the chassis....

I need a good, clean pair of fenders, preferable from a trans am with the fender vents and the holes for the gfx. GTA fenders will also work if need be.

Why does it need to be unloaded? OK, if it needs to he unloaded put the jackstands under the rear body side LCA mounts. Keep the jack stand under the diff so you can adjust its height if needed.

You need more information about the wheels, but 3.5" of BS will put the wheel outside the wheel even on a typical 8" wide wheel. So at tye very least you may have tire contacting the wheel.opening...

There was a koni red, long discontinued. The yellow was the far superior piece, don't settle for less.

FWIW I have a set of yellows for sale in NJ and a pile of other front end performance goodies.

You shouldn't have to be setting the strut mount that far back to achieve 5 degrees unless something else is messed up.

As for a fix, I doubt flattening a small.portion of that lip will do much. ...

It will probably ride better. Poly is a terrible choice for the rear arms, and for most things for that matter.
I had the rotojoints on my 92 for years and was very happy with them.

I had poly on the car since 07 or so, only complaint was that it raised the engine which, for me, caused a couple small problems.

I'm building a new front end with upper and lower control arms. I need the strut plates to obviously fill the holes but also as a hard point to mount the coilover and STB.

Are you missing the factory ones? I know a few vendors here sold new replacements but the original bolts seemed more reliable. There were threads here a while ago about the new bolts breaking...

It's probably a Detroit locker as is apparently a stock car takeoff. It's probably also a stupid low gear, so it may not be very useful to you.
