The costliest thing was when I had the car re-painted, new windshield, embalms, decals, new quarter panel, new rims all at once. That was in 2000 @ about 275k miles. It still wears the same paint...

Thanks. Interior is still OK. Black is sun faded for sure, and small tear in the side bolster on the drivers side. Otherwise good. Headliner sagging a little but not terrible.

Bought mine new in 89 - now up to 365K miles, original engine, never been opened past a timing chain. 3rd tranny, 2nd rear.

245/50 16 is the stock tire, thats what I have on there now, I beleive that is the stock size.

I'm on the 3rd tranny so it only gave up the ghost twice. I wish I had an exciting story as to why, just miles. Same for the rear. I always did the oil and filter changes about every 20-30K and did...

-new windsheild
-new rims
-new quarter and fender
-new weatherstripping

It is consistant, it starts when I start the car, continues no matter what setting the slider is at, and when the car is shut off, it keeps going for a little while till the vacuum runs out.
