'93 6 speed cars have 3.23 gears, '94-'02 6 speed cars have 3.42 gears. '99+ V8 cars have the Torsen differential. They won't take quite as much shock as the auburn, but the clutches don't wear out...

I beleive that drag radials are the best bang for the buck traction mod. You only need LCA relocation brackets if your car is lowered and the LCA is higher at the axle end compared the the frame end....

I believe you want 4" backspacing, but don't take my word for it. The stock 245/50/16 tires are about 26.4" tall, so look for a 15" tire close to that and your speedo should be close.
