It did last summer. I have not let it get that hot lately. When I back probe the green/w wire on the relay and ground it the fan comes on.

I added some freon today. It made no difference. The drier is frosting up. I swapped the ecm. It made no difference. The wires at the relay look good. When I ground the green/w wire the fan comes on.

The distance from the pivot center point on the TV cable and the center of the throttle plate shaft is critical. On my 91 if there is slack in the TV cable at idle then it is not adjusted correctly....

I would leave those alone unless there is a problem with it. You might want to go threw the brakes, rebuild the calipers, new rubber hoses, change the fluid.

A few months ago I bought a kit from Pro Built for $1300. It will handle 600hp. That was with a converter and I did the rebuild. A stock rebuild kit from him was LOTS cheaper. HP is expensive.

The ecm does a few things. It controls the TCC lockup. The coolant sensor by the thermostat is connected to the ecm to turn the fan on. It might do more.
