1985 TA: Holley 0-80555C on a 350/290 Crate
I bought a 1985 Trans Am that had the 305 swapped out for a 350/290 crate engine. After a drive this week I took the air filter off to check things out and one of the cables to the throttle plate had lost a nut. Googling lead me down a rabbit hole thinking it was the TV cable (never heard of this before) and that my THM 700R4 transmission was doomed.
Looking a pictures at work today and I noticed there are 3 cables connected to the carb and the bottom one is probably the TV cable. I assume the middle is the throttle but what is the one that fell off? Cruise? Here are a couple of pics (before the top cable came loose).

The cable closest to the pivot is the throttle.
The cable with the slotted section is the cruise cable.
The cable at the base is the throttle valve (tv) cable.

The distance from the pivot center point on the TV cable and the center of the throttle plate shaft is critical. On my 91 if there is slack in the TV cable at idle then it is not adjusted correctly. I don't know about an 85.
