Some aditional info:

With the key off and the parking brakes on all of the dash back lighting works. When you turn the key to run, the bulb to the right of the speedometer goes out.

It looks like the MAF, trans stuff, and O2s are all fused at 20 amps and the injectors and coils are fused at 15 amps. So you suggest 1...

Well it's a cheap part and very easy to replace. You could also toss a 180 in there while you are at it but you would want to change your fan switch if you do.
