GM updated the design and many of the parts makers followed suit. Unfortunately the best bet is to buy a used OEM one and put a new pump in it so you can put the 0-90 sender in it

I realized the terminals were so close after I got the AMP ones in hand. I put the Metripak connectors in the TE connector with success. I am not going to buy the TE terminals again

I use the Delphi "universal" tool and I have used it on the TE terminals. It works, it's not the "proper" tool though

I bought the TE terminal and I saw how similar it was to the Delphi/Aptiv. I actually prefer the Delphi terminal, I like the crimp on the insulation better, IIRC
They are totally interchangeable...

I have both straight and angled fittings for my 4150. The angled ones drop the feed down, or up, but it's hard to say whether they will clear for sure. Might just behoove you to change the heater...
