I ordered a 350 IROC back in '87 from the factory and waited nearly 5 months. Wish I had purchased the GNX instead. Live and learn.

Stephen has it right, you need to drop he rear axle and the springs will fall out. You will need to turn the tank to get the filler end out. I removed mine a couple months ago and it has to be one...

I removed the fuel line from the fuel rail and ran the fuel pump from a 12V source and pump continue to send fuel.
Then I reconnected the feed line and disconnected the return line. Again added...

Now realizing problem is due to low pressure.

I have new Walbro 255 that was working fine, new fuel filter, new pressure regulator. I am at a loss here how the pressure can only reach 10 PSI then...

No fuel after priming

My 87 Iroc is not starting, turn key, fuel pump prime for 2-3 seconds and then stops with pressure around 10 lbs.

I removed the fuel line and stuck it in a bottle and turn on key, fuel pump primes...

I have 2 black ground wires (2 on the right in first picture) on 87 camaro grounded under my dash on the drivers side.

The other ends - one has metal connector and other is stripped bare wire.

Yes the labor costs to dismantle and assemble can run up the costs.
Here are the doors removed and the jams being painted before new hinges and door seals.

I am in the process right now, paint and material alone are closing in on $2000. I had several shops who quoted a minimum of 10K. Rather scary.

Not sure what your weight started out at but 1540 kg = around 3400 lbs so you have some savings there.
