Wow! I've seen that one before. It's that guy from Texas with all the mint cars. $55K? Good luck, but I think he's fishing....

I have wanted that car for a long time... It was traded back in at Buds years back, then went to either AZ or NM, then to Matt's collection. I just missed it when it was at Buds. Would love to have it.... $55k is a lot of dough though

It's up on ebay right for a least the second time. It's a beauty, love looking at the photos. I think he will have to come down on the asking price a bit to sell it, however.

$55k!? He's out of his mind!! I think $20K to the right person is more likely...

My car has 19k miles on it and is just as clean or cleaner than that car!!! Plus, you can drive and enjoy mine. I'd happily sell mine for 1/2 his asking price. I also have multiple Platinum awards and a 996 out of 1000 points in a well known Camaro 1000 point judged show. I also have the leather and Bose, so I have more options. Any takers?

Re: WOW This yellow Iroc is perfect!!!!
I was looking at the pics and its a beautiful car. 55k is out of this world. 25k is more realistic. Not to second guess anything but looking at his pics, I see that the top of the cowl is black and the rest of the car is yellow. Did GM do that on purpose and why? Mines an 89 and the top of my cowl is painted the same color as the car.

Re: WOW This yellow Iroc is perfect!!!!
This has been discussed in other threads where we were trying to determine the exact switchover of black to car color. My cowl is black on my '87. Off the top of my head, I think it was 1988 as the transition year.

That is a very nice car, but IMO they are at the don't ever want to sell it price. I agree that Scott's car would be a much better buy at half the price.

And that's just what you can buy today. It's been this way for awhile now. I guess it's good news that there are so many of our favorite car out there in pristine shape, but not so good if you're trying to get $55,000 for one, LOL! Not even the ultra low mile Turbo T/As are breaking 30k.

I have to say I enjoy having a modified IROC but to have a virgin car in mint shape would be awesome too.
