It is, but when you live here, you get used to it. Driving about 100-140 mph is absolutely normal when there is not much traffic. I love to drive an night when the autobahn is empty... I can let go...

??? mls on my 85 Iron Duke... it has a 5 digit odometer and only god knows how much it really has... it shows 25.000 mls but I bet it is minimum...

On a convertible you have to remove the complete panel with the speakers in them to get access to the nut.

Your best bet would be to start searching through the classified boards for a good used one. They are all the same from 90-92, wether it's a V6 or V8 and drums or discs in the rear.

If you have a 90-92 model, then you won't find the front cable anywhere. It has been discontinued by GM for over 10 years and there has never been any replacement part by any vendor that I know of....

This doesn't fit. You need the whole dash from a 90-92 to make it work. All thr mounting points for the cluster bezel, knee pad, switch pod etc. are different on the 85-89 dash.
Even the ALDL port...

An 87 model with the original cast iron calipers doesn't have a brake hose on the rear left caliper. Just on the right side and in the middle from frame to the rear axle.

It will shut but you have to slam it real hard to close it. But you have to pray to the gods of 3rd gen heaven that the glass doesn't shatter to pieces. You can try to pull the fuse for the hatch...

Hmmm... possible... the interior facelift with airbags & stuff was in 90, but 90's still had the "old" exterior... maybe in 90 the courtesy lights were still available. But definitely not in 91/92...
