The tiny bulbs are often called "grain of rice" bulbs. You can get them off of Amazon, I usually buy them by the dozen. With that said, there are 2 types I have run into, a 12V version and the 14v version. I highly recommend getting the 14V version because cars are actually closer to 14V than 12V (even though they call it a "12V system") Therefore the bulbs will last longer if you get the 14V version. Just a heads up.
