I bought 3 sets of speed engineering long tubes for this build for mix/match or worst case to be used as parts kits. C10, 3rd gen, trailblazer SS

What I'd do differently next time:

Better adhesive. Brush on HH-66 is good adhesive, but only for small areas. The front bow area is about 3 sqft. No way you're getting that all in one shot....

I6/V8 trailblazers along with basically any recent AWD vehicle that isn't a truck/SUV passes though the oil pan

Since this is still in the mock-up phase, I'll simply mount it all under a junk hood...

Get one of the simpler tubular K-members like Spohn and move the motor mount pads lower. Run a C6 oil pan as it's the lowest wetsump pan available

You can also try the 4th gen trick of shimming...

Colorados are too wide and no 5 lug options. My goal is the use 17" GTA repop wheels to look original from a glance

The alt will clear the steering box. You may have to remove the triangular K-member to frame rail brace though

That is the 98-02 fbody alt location, just shifted forward 3/4"
