The cable closest to the pivot is the throttle.

The cable with the slotted section is the cruise cable.

The cable at the base is the throttle valve (tv) cable.

Two months of bathroom remodel purgatory are drawing to a close.

Ive added a little colour to the pods and brought out the newer set of Quart drivers.

Pretty chuffed with the result....

Exactly. The exposed woofer is wired in reverse to prevent the two woofers from competing against each other.

I use a CD with a pink noise track: Bluetooth tends to be unreliable (quality, weak in high frequencies) and there are recordings at 0dB, -3dB etc....

Gains are dialed in and my best efforts made to get the kicks & new sub arrangement tuned.

This box is enclosed. One woofer will be trapped beneath the top plate permanently and the other will mount on top. One woofer will be fired out of phase with the other, the air trapped...

absolutely yes. Sadly modern subs seem to have abandoned Qt in an effort to operate in the smallest enclosure possible. Alpine JL, Kicker, Rockford, Hertz et all.

I’ve recently added two Alpine SWS 10” woofers in isobaric clamshell configuration vs. the single MB Quart. It is just rediculous, hits so hard and the bass is unbelievably accurate.

These look better than I’d hoped.

Flap discs and patience, they cut the resin more easily than the mdf. The terry cloth acts as a warning to let you know you’re getting close.

You could run 6.5 speakers in the door but the benefit of relocating is diminished somewhat by moving the drivers side speaker closer too you. Best bet is to mount as near to the kick as possible-...
