You shouldn't lose vacuum at all let alone after 20m. There's a leak still somewhere. When I built mine all out, I pulled a vacuum and it didn't decay at all when I came back to it after two weeks.

I can tell you from experience they are crap. I had a set of $200 eBay headers as a stopgap that fit better. The dual 2.5" exhaust is still available I believe and it is top notch. It fits perfectly...

Be careful with the cheap ones, I got a set a while ago and didn't think anything of it. They had the tabs so they must work, right... Ya no, I hit the button and it blew my 50A ignition prefuse....
