Not the OHC cylinder heads, but the pushrod heads.
The 4.3 has a different accessory drive. it would be easier to go from a SBC to a 4.3 than a 60* V6 to a 4.3.

I would still recommend the Southbay fuel injectors. I would also recommend the 17 pound upgrades for the v6. They are plug and play, and they solved my stumbling issue my v6 had.
