Can’t find new radiator

So the radiator on my 1987 Firebird with the MPFI 2.8L V6 cracked a couple weeks back and I haven’t been able to find a reproduction in stock anywhere. Eventually we settled on one out of a junkyard but it’s 3 inches shorter and the top hose won’t connect right.

I know that the inlets/outlets are reversed on the radiators for the V8 but is there any way I can get the V8 radiator to work with a bone stock set up?

Or is there anyone out there with a radiator (filler neck on driver’s side with a 24 inch core) for the aforementioned engine and willing to ship to Southwest VA?

I couldn’t get it to come up on the website, any chance I could get a link to it? Thanks for your time

It's on their radiator catalog.
https://www.nationalpartsdepot.com/radiator/
Search the make and model part.

Re: Can’t find new radiator

Checked there and the radiator they have is too small (mine needs a 24 inch core, which I forgot to list in the original post) Thanks anyway

Re: Can’t find new radiator

V8 will work as its the SAME radiator for the 3.1, but you'll need 3.1 hoses and the upper fan support for the 3.1 or single fan V8

Sorry to perform some threadomancy here, but is this all I’ll need to mount a V8 radiator? I ended with a V6 radiator from a yard that looked in good shape but it just cracked on me today. I read somewhere else on here that sometimes you have to swap the upper fan support and sometimes you don’t. What’s the best year of V8 radiator to buy for the easiest swap? Sorry for the flurry of questions, I’m an absolute noob here so over-explanation is welcome
