You can disconnect the flex lines going to the fuel rail and check the flow of gas. Make sure you have the proper fuel container for this and someone to turn the key on/off for you.

The E brakes with PBR's is a far cry from the drum emergency brakes. I have a five speed so I use the E brake a good bit. Drums are better E brakes IMO.

I did the same swap too. I went ahead and changed the master cylinder along with a J65 prop valve. I have a 3:27 gear in mine and I like it for my style of driving.

Try a single fan setup like what's on a 85 TPI. I have no issues with mine. 160 stat, fan starts at 160, temp never gets over 200. I do have constant flow through the heater core.

Did you try a different pressure plate? You may want to get a Fidanza flywheel. Is your pressure plate a diaphragm or 3 pronged Borg & Beck style?

Yes, It is running. I can't get a straight answer if it is internal or external balanced. It does have a t5 flywheel. The t5, clutch assembly, bell housing came out of a running 89 IROC TPI 305.
