a code 34 on an 89 and earlier is a MAF not a MAP. so unless you made a typo i would check your MAF i sent you a PM on how to do so if you did not get itmessage me back

that last post sonds kinda like a MAF gone or going bad. Both of you sould un hook the MAF and see if the car runs better. If it does i would get a new one. Also while driving with it un hooked you...

I have a bolt on my throtle posisioning sensor that the head is broken off of. Also the other head is stripped i cant tell if it was an allen or one of the star ones. Just wondering what the head...

well in fact it was just the alternator. I guess the battery recovered over night. Thast why it probably started up right away. but the gauge droped after a while. So i guess i just over reacted.

So i wan driving home to night and i looked down at my volt gauge and noticed it was at about 9 or 10 maybe lower just border line in the red then slowly kept droped till it was all the way down....

hey thanks for the help guys. i ended up getting a crossmember from a 92 rs with an auto and got a trany mout for a 87 down to some year i forget what though bout i think it was 82. but it works good...
