The 1991 - 1992 TPI Engines (Non-Heavy-Duty Cooling Fan) do not use the Dark Green/ Dark Green with White Tracer Wire for the C105 Connector.

The GM "Fast Burn" Cylinder Heads being used flow far more than the TPI Manifolds can support.

It uses a Threaded-Insert with a Toothed-Flange to keep the Insert from spinning...

It actually has nothing to do with alternator output.
(That would be on the Stator Configuration and the Output Diodes).

The Only difference between a 1-Wire (or really 0-Wire) Unit and a 3-Wire...

By comparison a "1-Wire" Unit should be called a 0-Wire Unit.
There are Zero Wires (externally) Connecting to the Internal Voltage Regulator.

Only a Charge Cable is used to Connect to the...

Alternator Technology has improved greatly since the 1980s.

Our original Alternators (and a direct replacement) have rather poor output at Engine Idle and Low-RPM.
More Modern Design Alternators...

I would recommend Dual -12 AN Hoses (Roughly 3/4" to 13/16") / Canisters used for Crankcase Evacuation or Capture on Street Driven Vehicles up to 1,200 HP.
