On my 89 IROC vert I had my teenage daughter reach in though the door vent access holes in the jamb. I believe we also used the Harbor Freight extra long flex head ratchet.

The stock GM k member is way stronger than the aftermarket k members, you can jack the front of your car up from the stock k member. I would not try that with an aftermarket k member. With that said...

I currently have my ride height set at 26" in the front and 26 1/2" for the rear. -4.9 degrees of castor, camber is at -.5 degrees and my toe in is -1/16". My car drives awesome with these settings....

I second that, the Spohn cross member is great for a stock exhaust system. If you really want to run a true dual exhaust system you will need to change out that cross member. I went with the Hawks...

Abubaca, I have the same setup on my 89 IROC. I left the adjustment nut up in trans tunnel at half way on the stud and my parking brake handle pulled up to about 45 degrees.

Excessive fuel in the exhaust can also be caused by a bad throttle position sensor (TPS). Easy to check to see if it is bad with a volt meter.
