The best bang for the buck mod is headers. Take it to the track first and see where you're at right now. Headers are easily a 3/10ths second improvement in the 1/4 mile.

I have 18s in the back and 17s in the front and have had NOTHING but compliments. I wouldn't go any bigger than 18s though unless it's strictly for cruising.

Cool. I just found and read the entire thread. Seems like the easiest way to actually drive the vehicle on to ramps.
The main problem I see is that they entire vehicle is inaccessible from the side...

What kind of ramps do you use? It sounds like the wood is necessary just to get on any ramp to avoid scraping.
