Just use regular Felpro or something like that, but whatever you do make sure you Elongate the holes , trace it with a marker and make sure it matches the heads, cause you can blow out header gaskets...

Most of the supercharged Thirdgens would give a bike a good run for the money, I have seen a 305 5 speed with a paxton supercharger on a stock engine beat a Kawasaki Ninja

You need to use ALL of the sensors for a 350 TPI, inlcuding KNOCK SENSOR (for the correct year 350), and the proper TUNE is essenstial!

Usually if its valve seals ,there will be a bit of blue smoke upon startup. White ashy plugs indicates a lean mixture. Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere

So your basically running an 88 MAF motor? Your using the 88 MAF TPI ECM and harness along with the complete 85 TPI motor and MAF sensor right? If so you bascially are running an 88 TPI MAF motor....

Cadillac Eldorado is slow, I have a BMW too and I guarantee his Cadillac would eat my dust. Hp doesn't matter, its power to weight ratio and 0-60 that matters.

NO! the Ford are rated at 43.5psi They are rated the same as the GM

87-88 Memcal for 350 TPI

Got this from another member a while back, its for 1987-89 350 TPI MAF automatic cars. Emissions deleted. 9th injector deleted. Maybe someone with a smog or egr delete can use this?

Who told you that? The GM injectors are rated at 43.5 and they are 22lb. Most of the Ford are rated at 43.5 psi too! At the bottom of this link is a list of Bosch injectors and their ratings. ...

You need the 65lb cop car injectors, 350 esc module, knock sensor and a chip out of an 89' caprice TBI 350 cop car at the very least, or find someone to custom make you one.

For the secondary fan to actually be controlled by the ECM, you need to splice a few wires at the ecm connector, I dont remember which ones but it will work after you do that!

There is a company out there called Custom Chips Inc. They have a very high rating and I believe the price on all custom work is only $65. Looks like a lot people have been happy with their work....

Those things are expensive and hard to find. Most of the used ones are already cracked from speed bumps and stuff like that. I fabbed some up from sheet metal.

FYI, the v6 cars have better gear ratios in their rear ends. The v6 cars all come with either 323 or 342's. I used a v6 rear in my 350TPI bolt on car and it worked great!!

The rear ends in the thirdgen's are great, they can handle close to 500hp, so what are you talking about? Also, the v6 rear end is no different than the v8 rear end, they are the same car. SAME

Yes it is, I own one and I also have owned a L98 350 TPI with bolt ons at the same time and raced both cars. I got left in the dust after second gear by the BMW.

You dont need any type of fuse, just connect the wire to an on/off switch and then to ground. Its is simple thing. Ran mine like this for years and years , no issue.

I doubt he was really trying, I own both cars, a 350 TPI full bolt on car and a 540i. The Beemer is inbetween LT1 and LS1 territory just so you know.

Your stock injectors are 22lb/hr, the 305 injectors are only 19lb/hr though.

Yes they will work fine, they are all the same injectors. I used Ford SVO 24lb/hr in my 350 TPI, they worked just fine, but car got worse mileage (ran a little rich). You would need to get a custom...
