Roll the motor until it pushes your finger off the hole from compression, then when you get to this point, assuming your balancer and pointer are correct, when you see TDC drop...

On that combo, sure, a 750dp "can" work....getting the tune right is going to be a headache....
A 650, or even a 600 is better suited and will run better out of he box.
