My new Third Gen

My new Third Gen
Sooo..l joined here when I bought my 85 TA last year, 355, 268h, profiler heads...fun car.
Then that was sold and I bought an S10 with a nutty 383
Then that was traded for a 90 Vette
Then that was sold and I bought a 1970 Mercury Meteor
Then I bought a 77 Ford Econoline just for the cool van craze vibe (ignore my kid in the rocking chair)
Then I bought a 71 Comet GT, little 306 with TFS heads
Then I sold the van to buy a Monte as a roller
Then I traded the Comet for a lumpy old 74 Vette with a 6-71 383 in it.
Then i sold the vette shell, the blower, the wheels etc to buy turbo parts for the 383 sans blower and now with 100% more Victor JR intake.
Then got super tired of looking at it and not finishing it so I traded it for a decent amount of money and a coolass 1971 Cadillac Eldorado Rag top
Then last weekend I sold the Caddy and picked up this little jem
...82 Z28, payed 2k for it, the car is clean as a whistle, zero rust, floors are gorgeous, has a fresh very mild 350 in it, interior is clean and its just all around incredibly clean.
The paint is trashed as someone has done a horrific job and its faded and orange peeled bad bad.
Plans are... increase HP on a beer budget
Heavily ported 416 heads (i own already)
Isky 280 Mega cam (been siting in my garage for a couple years now waiting for something)
Performer intake (painted stock motor color to hide and its been in my garage forever)
1" 4 hole spacer (need to buy)
The brand new Qjet that's already on it (self explanitory)
Swap 200c for a TH350 (i already own)
A 3000 stall from freakshow (need to buy)
Elec fan from a junkyard crawl
It already has shorty headers and a Ypipe
Will run 3.5 from the Y to the rear and a single 3.5 bullet muffler with slash cut tip hidden under bumper
Cut a coil (ish) all the way around to get a 1.5 drop in ride height....
Plastidip it flat red.
And done...l
Looks like I should be all in for around 3500.00 total, should run low 13's all day and be dead reliable and best of all.....its a third Gen!!

Re: My new Third Gen
I know, the post was an exercise in shamless gloating of some of my junk in the last year lol....was looking for a pic of my TA and saw the rest and figured what the hell....
In a nutshell, I have now had 2 third gens and really dig em.
