Problems with diverter valve? (A.I.R)

Hey guys, I've been chasing down a weird misfire and low blms for a while now.

I used a GM Genuine:12551537 for the balancer. As far as the flywheel goes, I have yet to get a visual inspection on it. Id have to assume the dowel pin was still there, unless they're known to fall...

Yeah, its not exactly hard, but it is tedious. If you do make sure you're careful with retightening any bolts as the plenum holes are fairly easy to strip.

One thing I'd check is fuel pressure to make sure you're not leaking down. When I installed an aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator, it would not hold pressure regardless of what I did....

Well the mystery remains, I've replaced the sensor and pigtail. Hopefully that does something.

I'm beyond mad at the car right now, and its on stands and nearly out of gas. Can't let it run too...

Yeah, the gauge settles at 0 cold. And incrementally increases as it warms up.

There is fluid inside, I'm just positive it's a bit low. I can't tell how much I have.
