Re: Knock count questions

Well!!! It depends. GM could have had commanded SA at 35* for instance. With 8* of KR, that brings SA down to 27* momentary. But with the ICM Latency tune out of whack (from factory), real SA at...

Exactly. I bet you they were like that right from factory. I've seen many data logs with KR being activated on that gas pedal blip or 700R4 downshift. Up to 8* KR that lingers for many seconds...

Re: 84 Camaro 305 to BluePrint 383 engine swap questions...help!

Just curious. Would that 700R4 shift at 5200rpm during WOT? Probably not! It might end-up shifting at 4800rpm and dropping under 3000rpm, not taking advantage of HP curve! A T5 or T56 would most...

Re: New Build Lean O2 / Low BLM's

Re: New Build Lean O2 / Low BLM's

Re: Chasing BLMs

ummm!

Example using this formula
Average INT =132
Old_VE = 80
132 = lean = need to add fuel = need to increase VE
New_VE = 80 x (1+((128-132)x0.0034))
New_VE = 80 x 0.9864
New_VE = 78.9
