yea mine had a grant one with the same piece your refering to, i had to gently tug on it with a puller to get it off, it just slides onto the splines on the steering shaft

the tci controler i think just controlls the shifting... i have the box it just has different shift modes, its wires are tied into the ones going to the trans for the soleniods

i bought the truck already swaped from 4l60e to 4l80e, he said the ecu or ecm or whatever was tuned for the 4l80e, the input speed sensor was added into the harness since a 4l60e doesnt have one?

id start with removing the front bumper, there are clips and bolts in the top that mounts it and the headlight bar to the core suport, under the front there are clips that attatch...

thats normal, just get the tester and throw it on how i said and if theres an external leak, ull find it.... if u dont find a leak and u do lose pressure, well then its either leaking inside the cab,...

just soak em in diesel? then back into the bucket of engine oil? without taking them apart?

get a cooling system pressure tester, rent one from a local parts store, we ARE helping you, you just gota listen, you DO HAVE a leak SOMEWHERE, whether internally or externally, we can TELL you HOW...

ahhh, thanks u seemed to have cleared up another issue i had, remembering which guage bezel is from my car, lol i have 2, im asuming tpi bezels dont even have a choke light spot
