Runners not started

Throttle body not started

I think auto cars use a different flange than a t5. Also didn't 83 use twin speedo cable due to the cruise control module. Try a cable from a 83 5 speed car.

You should be getting much better gas mileage then what you posted. My 82 vette always got very high teens as a average and around 25 on trips. My t5 crossfire conversion did about the same.

Most Tpi throttle body blades create a edge in the bores and can't close all the way. If it is idling high look and see if accelerator linkage on throttle body is touching the idle speed stop screw

Beautiful car but while maybe just my phone but the gold accent seem more like the lighter gold used on 84 era cars. I remember my 82 having a lot darker gold.

Not as easy as it sounds. No newer 84 wiper motor will bolt up without work.

Second 82-83 wipers send power through wiper switch. Later cars switches ground the motor.

Actually you use a voltage gauge. Disconnect positive cable and put voltage gauge between positive cable and battery.

You are looking for draws above say .1 volts.

If it were to say .30'ish...

1990 vette tpi system and harness and ecm

Tpi system has everything except injectors. Its manifold is for older style head.

The system is for the most part sanded down to 120 grit, was going to be polished.

The ecm is a "727" style...

7 is the important vin number. 7 is a CFI motor so its a Z.

75u and 75l are normal on any say red z28 with say silver bottom ground effects. Because in order to have a different lower trim code (two tone) that different color has to come to middle of door....

Get rid of the hassles and just do a lt1 swap. I had a 3800 and pondered with upgrades then a 97 donor fell in my lap for a grand. Was kind of a no brainer, did the swap in 3 weeks

The egr pipes to my knowledge only way to fix is buy good used one or new or plug the system.

How much you want for the maf? Is it good? I need one for mine

Oh and if plug wires have heat shields on boots remove them. They are a known cause of miss fires by allowing spark to arc to exhaust manifolds. Also the early 96-98 3800 manifolds were notorious...

What I found on mine is what makes it possible to position it wrong is some bolts can be just a little hard to start but they will go in. If you visually eyed every hole and they were perfectly...

pigtail you have pictured (IIRC from my 84) plugs into the ECM harness, you will see the other pigtail for it when you bring the ecm harness over to the ESC module (that 7 pin looking thing)

well it can go on in like 2 different positions, you have to look very close at the holes they can be off just a bit and will still thread in which makes it hard.

did 3rd gen have an adjustable booster rod like vettes did?

I have 3 4th gen and neither does what you describe most the pedal moves down is about 3"-5"
