Thanks for the info, I misunderstood the other post. Thougth gear set for series 2 was 3.08 and down. You are saying that I can get a 3.42 or 3.73 for a series 2?

I have about a 1/4 inch from glass to roof, not sure if you can get 1/2 out of adjusting the hinge where it connects to roof. If you removed the hinges from the glass you might get some adjustment...

Thanks for the reply, Took everything apart last nite. That factory sealant is some bad stuff. Is 3M strip caulk the same as beautle(SP) strip caulk use in the glass industry.
