straighten out the tab then loosen the bolt. theres a lot of room for adjustment. you may also need to put a body shim or two between the fender and mounting point. your fender is probably bowed out...

So I assume your cutting off the map pocket, obviously. How are you attaching the pod to the door panel ? Is there enough depth in the pod to mount the 6.5 without altering the inner sheetmetal ????

Your in the correct spot.
You should have 2 adapters that thread onto the hard lines then onto your braided lines. Do you have the adapters?

Not true. I pulled off my pump and used the same belt. The belt is routed differnt than from factory. Not sure if it works for your tbi but it works for my tpi serpentine. search on tgo for the belt...
