if you cant find anything to fit i use the end of an extension and if that doesnt fit i usually grind down the sides of the extenstion till it does lol that ALWAYS works good luck

thats the only way for air to be drawn into your radiator area is from under neath . the fog lights area isnt big enough for cooling alone. glad you found your problem

temp gauge "dash" is on driver's side, fan switch is on passenger side between 6-8 cyl near the manifold, the lower one is the knock sensor don't get these confused they look very similar

the switch in the head is the ground unhook the harness and ground out the harness to see if the wiring is good and don"t put pipe tape on the switch it wont allow the switch to ground to the block
