I planned on originally putting it on my Iroc but plans have changed.

I was thinking simialr. Its always been bouncing around in my head to put a GN motor into my 88 Iroc Vert. A TTA motor would be far better. As long as there wasnt any damage from the crash. But alas...

That makes sense. Especially given the location of the cover mounted retractor. Simplifies what I want to do.

Nothing overly exciting. Replaced the battery, fuel pump, fuel filter and started the car and moved it out of the garage for the first time in 5 years.

My 88 has screws that are visible when the trunk or tonneau cover is open. Then double sided tape along the outside where it meets the rear quarter.

My 88 Irocs rear speaker panels were originally solid black even with the rest of the interior having the textured black/gray.

Eventually found a matching black/gray set in a junkyard.

I've seen the vortech kits between $1400 -$2000. Mostly complete with btm, pump. Still would need to tune it.

For now im just looking and planning again. That and waiting for money to come in.

I figured for my project I would need to keep it to under 10 psi into my stock 305 tpi. I also plan on a superram.

My plan is some kit like the vortech one or other. But finding them is a pain.

I think the car was originally black since thats the color of the quaterss and its a 91 Z28 the Iroc doors mostlikely came from another car.
