until you open a bin file there is to much to list. Download tunerpro find a auto bin and manual bin and run a compare that will help you understand why it's need.... these ECMs are a lot smarter...

thanks man. You are right, I need to think about the entire setup. I like the sound of 3:54 gears but with this crappy TPI it makes my stomach turn. I wonder if I should rather do a carb setup...

yeah dude thats money. And the crush sleeve is crap (trash it), for strength a soild spacers is a good investment. Dealerships used that crap on the assemby line to save time and slap units togther,...

You are in the range of passing for sure. If you plan on racing or applying more power, I would myself shoot for about 7 or 8 on backlash so it's more centered. More Contact. Trying to remember...

Yeah make sure you have correct driveline angle. The angle could still be bad even if you replace the control Arm if it did cause it? Is this thing lowered? The pinion angle and driveshaft angle...

First thing is to check line pressure in all gears. make sure you have enough fuild just in case. I'd drop the pan too check for metal.

it will come out just work it lightly up and down and evenly. it's very fine in there so be careful not score up the walls. I think I sparyed some break clean to get it out too.

I'd just do a transcooler so you by pass the radiator, and there cheap. Otherwise Deep or finned eirther one will run with what the radiator temp is.

it's design is like that from factory. Yes do a shift kit should help but you could have some bad seals not sure . if you got alot of miles on it might as rebuild it too.

yeah bro i the stock govy shifts about 4500-4800 if left in OD to shift on its own, since are cars don't pull much pass that RPM. See if you can get more info about the kit and what was really done.

hopefully you don't have a problem in the VB. Are you sure you just don't have RPM gauge issue??? it's common. The stock govy shifts at 4500.

check your plugs, it should tell you if you are running rich/lean. on the other hand I would have replaced 8 injectors same time with new bosch or svo but thats just me...
