thermac for the air cleaner heat stove should connect up front onto a tee fitting, one branch of which provides a vacuum source for the choke pulloff

I've not seen anything connected to the rear...

what's the dwell doing at part-throttle? don't assume the mixture is rich at part throttle even with a 'rich'...

after you follow the advice above, disconnect the hard line from the cylinder and you may find that it flows freely but the cylinder requires replacement. it's not uncommon for them to get gunked up...

if it has the push button controls, the lights are controlled through a light module under the dash, piggy backed to the ECM.

this module is a known failure point...

the car will run without the ECM, just not very well... the carb will not be able to control the mixture and the dist will be stuck with the rudimentary ignition advance built into the Ignition...

IAB is center of the little tower, about 1inch wide, directly in front of the choke plate. will have a slot for a flat blade

screw it down first counting turns, expect it to be about 4 turns out...

looks like you have it stretched too far along the top of the windshield. try working it back some.

done a handful of these with different makes of seals. all of them need a little finessing.

That's not a ccc-qjet. Note the rear 'dash-pot' and lack of TPS. Looks like the q-jet with the fuel enrichment solenoid.

Moog on the springs should be a safe bet, and they're fairly inexpensive on RA

Replacement springs will likely bring the ride height up an inch or so compared to the likely wore out originals.

top one looks like it goes to the vac sensor

there should be a semi-hard line coming from the rear of the carb, into the ECM harness, then out to the vac sensor on the firewall 'behind' the brake...

disconnecting the four-pin connector at the base of the dist is the proper way to remove ecm control of the timing to set base.

once re-connected the ecm will add a substantial amount of timing...
