Hey gang,
I have a 91 Firebird... project car, had all new AC R134 upgrade back in 2016 or so, so needs a recharge...

My question... Knight Rider Replica, so normal dash vents will be blocked......

Flows better... "Looks" is subjective.... all things equal, you would only see it from behind with worse flowing 1 in / 2 out muffler since they would be out in front :)

Another factor...
If going single pipe, a 1 in / 1 out muffler flows better than 1 in / 2 out....

Agreed... though a poly torque arm bushing may tighten it up...
The poly trans mount seem too hard... let me know if you find a quality rubber trans mount...

Ordered Morimoto LED bulbs for ALL outer bulbs (minus headlights) for my Firebird.
Placed order, only but I only got half an order delivered ?...

Yes, expensive, but there are other more expensive lights that look non classic, aren't as bright and don't have such a great pattern...
It's nice to have good headlights when needed :)

I'm aware Hella is very good and reputable...
Are you running HID's?
I believe they're still brighter than LED, but LED's are catching up...
I'll check into Hella soon, I'm getting work done...

As you noted, those options are a bit more involved...
I had to modify my housing in my 91 firebird to get some of those styles to fit...
These new Holley should be plug and play...

Also noted for Camaro's they have a cable that enables you to use 4 low and 4 high instead of 2 low / 2 high.... :)

Not listed in any description I saw, but the tech at Lares I spoke to said they are variable...

They are thick aluminum... I've seen thinner aluminum welded with no burn marks... but I'm not an expert...

No baffles on either side... The "elbow" has a hose to the throttle body for air... the PCV has a hose to the manifold or plenum (I know it runs in to where the runners are, but didn't verify which...

Thank you, but no. The stock one sits inside a grommet. With the valve covers I have, the actual hole is an inch and a quarter, and all the inch and a quarter grommets I saw were actually for smaller...

I have a 91 305 TPI with factory valve covers.
I have a sweet set of Street & Performance TPI Style valve covers.
The new ones have no oil cap hole...
The factory ones both have (I think) a PCV...

I kinda went your route, your 92 should have 28 spline axles vs older / weaker 26 spline axles.
I went with an Eaton Tru Trac differential and 3.42 gears (came stock on my 91 5.0 TPI 5 Speed)...

Those amp ratings were pulled from the diagrams I could find online / dynamiEFI, etc...
