for wiring Ill be ok got the connectors from donor car. It was really the knee pad that has me thinking. I have to pull the cluster out to fix the odometer so I'll investigate then.

Reason for cats is to cut down exhaust fumes. I'm sensitive to them and get headaches fast. Doesn't help the T tops are always off and I sometimes get caught in ugly traffic. Can't forget drive...

I don't dislike 91-92 Z28 but to me the 85-90s look much cleaner. The GFX and spoiler on 91-92 are like "preservatives" for me.

Price between both was negligible. Even if I went with LS1 would still be the same situation. These wheels are balls when it comes to brake upgrades. I think the only setup requiring no spacer...

Bumping this thread to share my experience. Just did a complete suspension and brake swap. For the front brakes went C5 calipers and rotors, Powerstop Z26 pads and BBU hubs + brackets.

Don't bother. My car sat for 13 years. Everything was garbage. Used a Spectra tank and hanger, Bosch fuel pump (tbi), fuel filter and a TBI unit from a recently parted car. Started right up.
