Forgot to add that noid lights show injectors firing during cranking. Maybe bad ICM? Its brand new but Ive had them bad out of the box before

I can tell you that when my 88 Formula was doing this exact same thing, after trying a new MAF sensor and relay, a new ECM is what fixed it. Search the forums and a troubleshooting tree will come...

Make sure the pickup coil connector to the ICM in the distributor didn't come disconnected. Or have the ICM checked. I just went through this. HTH
