Thanks for the response. That was the first order of business, cleaned all passages, the IAC is a nos AC Delco. Behavior is the same.

I believe the OP is saying he’s missing the ECM chip, not the resistance chip in the key. To be clear dannyboyZ28, what exactly are you missing?

He’s referring to the bypass hole that is present in the newer castings and is often blocked off with a pipe plug. The original castings did not have this hole.

Had the same issue when doing a C6 rear disc upgrade on my Monte SS. Used these spacers to shim the rotors. Worked perfectly and all is well.
