Looks like its ASC, there's no GM part# ref on the diagram. At least now we cant blame this on GM.

I take it that this is normal for it to function that way then. So for others, the strut$ shouldn't be replaced unless the trunk won't remain open on its own.

I'm keeping it oem. I bought a refurbished calibrated Tach from Hawks,

I do too! For anyone considering, the things I have had with glass/ cloth top is your top will be a bit heavier to maneuver. And you'll need to move your rear seats forward to clear the glass then...

If you are talking about the seat belts under the tonneau cover, yes the glass will work.

dk if related to overheating. So your shifter goes into P? but the tranny doesnt? If you reach under by the tranny and nudge the lever forward it should click into P then its adjustment or the cable....
