Edit: well looks like those are from a 10 bolt which don't directly bolt in.

Know a guy I met thru craigslist, he had 2 1991 z28s for sale, a L98 and a LB9 5speed TTop and I remember that 5 speed was G92 if I'm correct. He sold the L98 car but still has the 5 speed last time...

I suppose if I take my time then I shouldn't have a problem. I still have yet to completely gut the airbox as well, took off only one piece of the silencers on each side.

I think gutting the airbox under the air filters is a better choice. I'm just debating about keeping the aftermarket filters or going back to stock ones.
