The konis are nice as you can get any ride quality you like with the turn of a knob. From super soft to harsh. I can go over train tracks in my lowered to the floor 86 TA at 40 MPH with the konis no...

Re: Carbed Intake technology old vs new

I 100% doubt that. The Holley EFI systems literally learn and adapt to how your car is running and can adjust just about everything by themselves. They will always be more efficient and spot on

Re: Carbed Intake technology old vs new

Honestly the real bottle neck is not using some form of Modern EFI like holley etc. Keep the old school look with modern tech. On any intake it will be a beyond improvement. Especially with all the...

The best intake #s I have seen are from the Victor Jr intakes. I am running one on one of my foxbody mustangs. No numbers on that however. Don't have one on any of my thirdgens.

Re: Mecham MSE revival / refurbishment

Those shocks are a huge mistake my friend. The MSE's came with konis. Id definitely invest in some koni yellows. Those will make the car handle horribly

Re: 1984 Trans Am build thread - turbo LQ4 & 4L80E

Any chance you could get me a set of those speaker mounts? I did the same with my 86 running 5.25in kickers in the dash and doors. I used MDF. These look alot better.

Out of the 14 1984s I have in my archive. 4 are this color scheme. 1 of the 4 has the Macho 4.6. This color scheme and the red/sliver war paint seem to be the most common for 1984. Based on all data...
