I found 15" IROC wheels in Phoenix for $300, but they need some curb rash repair.

Anyone have any issues with a 17" wheel with 275/40/17 tires and rubbing?

Since I was 914 miles from home, I had to have a shop do the work. I wasn't on a tight schedule. Thanks for the links to the new electrical connector. I'll put that in when I do the engine swap....

Just an FYI: Hedman doesn't offer shorty headers for a 3rd Gen, only long tube headers.

And yet BluePrint has it listed as a harmonic balancer, not a harmonic dampener. I suppose Blue Print is wrong, too?

Actually it is a harmonic balancer on the BluePrint site. Other sites refer to it as a harmonic dampener, so you're 1/2 right.

Fair enough. I just found that Hooker Headers makes a CARB compatible header (AIR) for California for the 383, and I found CARB compatible 3" CAT, and cat back exhaust with 3" inlet, 2.5" outlets.

It depends on if you can get the proper aftermarket wiring/computer harness, etc to run it. GMM PP used to make a whole kit to do this, long since discontinued, and it didn't work with the digital...
