What engine?

Hey everyone. I have a 1988 camaro with a 305 that i would like to get rid of and get a 350 that i can bore out to make it a 390 and cam it out.
Any suggestions?
I would like it to be a turn key...

Ok, so my column is all loose and I pulled the column apart. I tried tightening the 3 torx head bolts. That didnt do it. So went further. The roll pins are tight in there. THATS when I found the two...

turns out it was a loose/corroded fusible link. cleaned it up, tightened it up, its all good! Thanks everyone!

I have a new battery so cant be that... and the starter is only in use when starting the car if im not mistaken....im usually just waiting for a light to change and rolling into the throttle when it...
