Not sure if you found your problem but it could also be a bad contact on those terminals make sure they are tight on there. Battery cables should not wiggle.

i actually understood that they do but you have to swap the clutch for the 4th gen, and the speedo possibly. the bellhousing changes as well.

I do actually. Swapped the intake for the 4 bbl Holley and I can tell you it was well worth it. Alot more bang, headers added more power. I still have the old intake and carb thrown in the backyard.

Pretty much I want it to be my daily driver and last the occasional track days. I may bore out the motor but pretty much that's about it, besides the forced induction.
